Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware, screws, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Imeca

  Affix the provided shipping label or address your package to our central warehouse, then drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
